This is an informational website for a barbershop. We do not sell products online, and we do not ask you to create an account. The one place you can send us personal details directly is the chat widget in the corner of each page — described under Chat & Messaging below.

The chat widget on this site is provided by HighLevel (also called LeadConnector), a customer-messaging and CRM platform. When you send a message, it is delivered to our HighLevel dashboard, where our team reads and replies to it. Your name, contact details, and conversation history are stored there so we can follow up and keep track of what you asked about.
We use what you send us to answer your question, help you book, and follow up about your visit. If you give us a phone number or email address, we may use it to reply to you directly.
We do not currently send marketing or promotional text messages. If we begin offering SMS updates in the future, we will ask for your express written consent first, and that consent will be separate from any other agreement — you will never be signed up simply because you used the chat. If you do opt in later, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP.
The chat is a convenience, not a secure channel. Please don't send payment card numbers, health information, or government ID numbers through it. To book an appointment, use the Book Now link, which takes you to Squire.
We use Google Ads (the Google tag, gtag.js) to measure the
performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site
(remarketing). To do this, Google may set cookies on your browser and process data about your
visit.

The chat and reviews widgets load on every visit so the chat is available if you want it. The Cookie Settings control above governs Google's advertising and analytics cookies; it does not disable the chat widget.
We keep your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Chat conversations and the contact details attached to them stay in our HighLevel dashboard so we have a record of what you asked about when you come back — you can ask us to delete them at any time.
We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage Data is generally kept for a shorter period, except where it is used to strengthen security or improve the site, or where we are legally obligated to keep it longer.

Those providers may store and process data on computers located outside of your state or country, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We cut kids' hair, but the chat widget is meant for parents and guardians — if we learn that a child under 13 has sent us their details through it, we'll delete them.
