Alexiss founded One For All on a simple idea: every client walks in with a story, and the chair should respect that. From regular cuts to wedding-day calls, his clients have followed him for years — and his reputation for precision, patience, and genuine hospitality is exactly what built this shop.
Rafael rounds out the front of the shop with clean fades and a welcoming chair-side energy. Clients come in for the cut and stay for the conversation — he's known for taking his time, listening to what you actually want, and sending you out looking sharp.
Kevin brings versatility to the floor — fades, tapers, kid's cuts, business cuts, you name it. Patient with first-timers and steady-handed with the regulars, he's the kind of barber who can make a quiet client comfortable enough to actually talk back. Every cut is dialed in.
